WH Daily Briefing with Sean Spicer
May 2, 2017

  • Tuesday, May 2, 2017-Sean Spicer’s White House daily briefing of the press. OMB Director Nick Mulvaney presents his view of the budget agreement with Democrats, including $21 billion additional spending increase for military spending. Had Obama passed a full 2017 budget, Mulvaney says, that the Trump administration got a “second bite of the apple,” in having changes in this budget before the 2018 full FY budget.

He said that all Second Amendments and Pro-life provisions the White House wanted were kept in the budget bill. He adds that there is no Obamacare bailout money in this budget, despite what Democrats now claim.
